"This is the return of the space cowboy...."

Working, traveling, partying and growing older. These are the things that have been keeping me occupied over the past 2 months or so.

For a while I thought the demise of this blog had finally arrived. But then I'm not one who gives up on things so easily.

On the 16th of November I traveled to the United Kingdom to participate in the British Telecoms open day. I spent a few days in London and a few days in Ipswich. On the 28th of November I took a flight to Rome where I spent 5 days.

This photo was taken at the Marina at Ipswich. Founded in the sixth century, Ipswich is a port city at the point where the river Gipping meets the estuary of the River Orwell. Originally called Gippeswic, it has been on the map since the Stone Age and was both a Roman and Anglo-Saxon settlement before being chartered as a town in 1200 by King John.

On one of the days on my 1st weekend there, we visited a fishing village called Aldeburgh located 2 hours from Ipswich. This photo of a sunset was taken on the shores of Aldeburgh.
